Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Arno Plan desktop application and this website (together, the "Service"), provided by Arno Plan Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales at 20 Orwell Court, London, SE13 7TA. By downloading, installing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Licence

Subject to these Terms and your active plan, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Arno Plan on the number of devices permitted by your plan. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or redistribute the Service except as allowed by law.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Plans, billing & trials

New accounts include a 30-day free trial that requires no payment details. The trial does not convert automatically — when it ends, access is limited until you choose to subscribe. Paid plans are then billed in advance on a recurring basis through our reseller, Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice for future billing periods.

4. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel at any time from within the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled as described in our Refunds & Cancellation policy.

5. Your content

Programmes you create are stored as files on your own device. You retain all rights to your content. We do not claim ownership of your programmes.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.

7. Availability & changes

We may update, improve or discontinue features. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts.
