Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your Arno Plan subscription at any time from your account inside the app (Account → Cancel subscription). Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that.

Free trial

New accounts include a 30-day free trial that requires no payment details. Nothing is charged during the trial, and nothing is charged when it ends — a subscription only begins if you choose to start one. There is therefore nothing to cancel or refund in relation to the trial itself.

Refunds

If something isn't right, contact us at hello@arnoplan.co.uk within 14 days of a payment and we will review your request. Where a refund is due, it is issued to your original payment method by our reseller, Paddle.

  • Duplicate or accidental charges are refunded in full.
  • Statutory rights — including any right to cancel within a cooling-off period under applicable consumer law — are unaffected by this policy.
  • Because programmes are stored on your device and the software is delivered digitally, refunds outside the stated window are at our discretion.

Payments and invoices are handled by Paddle as merchant of record. You can reach us any time at hello@arnoplan.co.uk for help with billing, cancellation or refunds.
