Which platforms does it run on?
macOS and Windows, as a native desktop app. Your licence covers 2 devices on the Solo and Group plans.
How do I try it before paying?
Every Solo plan starts with a one-month free trial, so you can build and export real programmes before you commit. Payment details are required to start the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends without being charged.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment provider, Paddle, who handle payment and VAT securely. Your one-month trial converts to a paid subscription only if you do not cancel before it ends.
Can my whole practice use it?
The Group plan is billed per seat at £15/seat/month. You manage seats centrally and add or remove team members from your account.
Where are my files stored?
Programmes are ordinary .arnoplan files saved on your own computer. Nothing is locked in a cloud you cannot reach.
How do I cancel?
