This policy explains what personal data Arno Plan ("we", provided by Arno Plan Ltd) collects and how we use it. We aim to collect as little as possible.

What we collect

Account details — your name and email address, so you can sign in and manage your licence.
Billing data — handled by our reseller, Paddle, who acts as merchant of record. We do not see or store your full card details.
Licensing data — a device fingerprint and licence status, managed by our licensing provider, to enforce your plan's device limits.
Your programmes — stay on your own device as .arnoplan files. We do not upload or store the content of your programmes.

How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, process payments, enforce licence limits, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Processors we use

Paddle — payments and subscription billing.
Keygen — licence and device management.
Vercel — website hosting.
Apple iCloud — email.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these, contact hello@arnoplan.co.uk.

Retention

We keep account and licensing data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes.
